After playing the first two episodes of Tales from the Borderlands Fenix decided they definitely wanted to cosplay Rhys.  They came up with a femme design that they liked and started piecing it together.  The shirt, shorts, socks and boots they found in an online consignment shop and painted, while they made the vest from scratch.  The robot arm was built by Josh and painted by Fenix.
