The one costume-piece I've created that I get asked about more than any other is my helmet for Zer0.  I hear you, I really do.  I scoured the internet when making that for ideas, too; it's a beast.  The reason I hadn't written up a tutorial earlier is because I don't recommend making it the same way I did; I had some good ideas, but I also made it a lot harder on myself than I had to.  You've been warned.

This tutorial is where I'm going to talk about how I made the power pack for Gaslight Batman as based on Infinite Crisis.  Note that I went off of the revamped Gaslight Batman which, at the time of this writing, hasn't actually been released in game yet; the current version doesn't have this power pack, so you won't be able to find any reference yet.

Hello everyone!  First off, if you're new to the site - welcome!  More frequent updates can be found on our Facebook page, but this is where you can find the more substantial stuff.  Such as the new Chainsaw Tutorial I wrote describing how I went about creating the monstrous chainsaw for Atomic Wonder Woman!  Enjoy!

This tutorial will cover how I made the chainsaw for Fenix's Atomic Wonder Woman costume.  Note that I based my design off of the in-game wallpaper/character select screen version of the chainsaw.  (You can see this version on the Infinite Crisis website here.)  This is different from the other cosplayers who tend to base their designs on the statuette.  The major difference is the size of the chainsaw and the giant teeth on the blade.
