My project for the past several days has been updating the website to make it easier to find and create content. To that end I've gotten rid of the portfolio page and replaced it with a characters page. This page highlights all of the different characters Fenix and I have cosplayed over the years, complete with where the character is from, where we debuted the costume, links to tutorials on that characters and the pictures of that character. The events page now links you to the corresponding character page as well, so that you'll always know exactly who we're talking about.
If anyone has any recommendations for other changes to the site drop us a line!

If you're just finding us then odds are you saw us at PAX East this weekend! We're happy you've taken the time to check out our website and we'll have a bunch of new pictures and tutorials of our Borderlands 2 and Witcher 2 cosplays soon. In the mean time be sure to like us on facebook (www.facebook.com/coolbyproxyproductions or click the Like button below and to the right) for pictures and videos as we discover them!
Added an FAQ section. Still in progress, but if anyone has any questions they'd like covered, please send us an email! :)

In this tutorial I'll be walking you through how to make your own set of collapsible wings. I made mine out of brass sheeting, but there's no reason you couldn't use the same methods to create wings out of cheaper materials, such as cardboard, plastic, or anything else provided it's sturdy enough to support its own weight. So, remember, I'm listing the materials I used, but you can make modifications.
Welcome to Cool By Proxy Productions! We're a couple in and out of cosplay that makes incredible costumes and props in our free time.
